In 2014, as organisations across Saint Lucia evolved and expanded, many found their people systems struggling to keep pace. HR was often reactive, fragmented, or treated as administrative support — rather than a driver of performance and growth. 

HRWise was established to change that. 

As Saint Lucia’s first and only full-service human resource management firm, we introduced a more structured, strategic, and practical approach to HR — one that connects people decisions directly to business results.

Goretti Paul founded HRWise to help organisations approach HR with greater clarity, structure, and impact. 

With over 20 years of HR leadership experience across the public, private, and non-profit sectors, she advises senior leaders and executive teams on workforce strategy, organisational effectiveness, and complex people decisions. Her approach blends technical HR expertise with commercial awareness— ensuring recommendations are not only sound in principle, but practical in execution. 

Known for her measured judgment, discretion, and results-focused mindset, Goretti works closely with executive teams to create people strategies that support sustainable growth. 

Her work is grounded in a deep understanding of Caribbean labour environments and organisational realities, combined with a globally informed perspective on effective HR leadership.
